UNCHAINED: Take Back My Life Power Terms & Conditions


These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern participation in the UNCHAINED: Take Back My Life Power Blueprint program ("Program") offered by Rebecca Zung LLC dba Slay Enterprises, Inc ("RZ LLC"). By enrolling, the Participant ("Student") agrees to the following:

1. Use of Materials Students are granted access to copyrighted Program materials solely for their personal use in the context of their own healing and growth. These materials may not be used to coach others, teach workshops, or be reproduced, shared, or distributed in any format.

2. Intellectual Property All content provided in the Program, including videos, audio, text, worksheets, templates, and other materials, are the intellectual property of RZ LLC and are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. Students may not copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any portion of these materials without prior written consent.

3. Participation and Professional Conduct Students agree to participate in all live and recorded sessions respectfully and professionally. This includes:

  • Treating other participants, coaches, and staff with respect.

  • Maintaining confidentiality.

  • Refraining from disruptive, inappropriate, or discriminatory behavior.

Any violation of these standards may result in removal from the Program without refund.

4. Confidentiality and Community Conduct Anything discussed by anyone in group coaching sessions or private student spaces is considered strictly confidential. Students agree not to share, publish, or disclose the personal information or stories of any other participants. No one may contact another student without their explicit permission. Students may not take screenshots or recordings of live sessions or share course content or other participants’ information on social media or elsewhere without express written permission.

5. Consent to Recordings Students acknowledge and consent that all live sessions may be recorded for training purposes and may be shared with other students who are enrolled in the Program. These recordings may be added to the course library for continued student access. By participating in live sessions, Students grant RZ LLC the right to record and store their participation. Recordings will not be used publicly without additional written consent.

6. Attendance and Make-up Policy Students are expected to attend all scheduled live coaching sessions. If one session is missed, a recording may be provided. If more than one session is missed, the Student may attend a future cohort to make up the missed session. The program must be completed within one year of enrollment.

7. Completion Requirements and Certification Pathway While the UNCHAINED Program is designed for personal empowerment, students who complete it may be invited to pursue certification through the SLAY High Conflict Negotiation Certification Program. Completion of UNCHAINED does not confer certification or licensure to coach others.

8. Coach Scope of Practice Certified SLAY High Conflict Negotiation Coaches participating in or referenced within the Program are not acting as licensed professionals unless independently licensed. They do not provide legal, psychological, financial, or medical advice. All services and coaching are educational and empowerment-based.

9. Coach Independence and Liability Certified SLAY High Conflict Negotiation Coaches are independent professionals and are not employees, agents, or representatives of RZ LLC or Slay Enterprises. RZ LLC assumes no liability for the conduct, advice, or services provided by these independent professionals. Any engagement with a Coach is solely between the Student and the Coach.

10. Use of AI Tools (Rebecca Zung Negotiation GPT) The Rebecca Zung Negotiation GPT and any associated AI tools are designed to support educational outcomes and empower strategic communication. These tools are not substitutes for legal, psychological, or financial advice. Students are responsible for how they use the outputs generated by these tools. RZ LLC assumes no liability for outcomes based on AI usage.

11. Tuition and Payment Tuition may be paid in full or via an approved payment plan. Regardless of attendance or completion status, Students are responsible for fulfilling all agreed-upon payments.

12. Delinquent Accounts If a Student account is more than 30 days delinquent, RZ LLC reserves the right to:

  • Deny access to Program materials and sessions.

  • Withhold participation in future programs.

  • Refer the account to collections if more than 90 days overdue.

13. No Refund Policy All sales are final. Due to limited class sizes and advanced planning, RZ LLC does not offer refunds.

In cases of emergencies or extraordinary circumstances, students may email [email protected] for consideration. If approved, a $500 administrative fee will be charged for cancellations made at least 14 days before the program start date.


14.   1:1 Coaching Sessions As part of the Program, each Student is entitled to two (2) private 30-minute 1:1 coaching support sessions with a Certified High Conflict Negotiation Coach. These sessions are designed to help personalize the learning experience and deepen integration of the Program material. They are to be scheduled as follows: One session after Session 2, and One session after Session 7.  They must be booked and completed within 7 days of the associated session, or they will be forfeited unless other arrangements are made directly with the coach.  No exceptions. Sessions may not be rolled over, combined, or extended beyond their designated window. Students must book through the provided scheduling link and choose from available times offered by the coaches. Coach availability is limited, and RZ LLC is not responsible for missed opportunities due to delayed scheduling.  These sessions are not transferable, and no makeups will be offered for missed or unused sessions.  No monetary credit will be given for missed sessions.  Students are encouraged to book early to maximize their support and success in the Program.

15. Disclaimer This Program is educational and informational in nature. It is not legal, financial, or psychological advice. Rebecca Zung is a licensed attorney in Florida, but no attorney-client relationship is formed through participation in this Program.

Results vary and are dependent on each Student’s personal efforts, mindset, and circumstances. RZ LLC makes no guarantees regarding specific personal, financial, or legal outcomes.

Testimonials and reviews may reflect the experiences of individual participants and are not a guarantee of future performance or typical results. RZ LLC does not track personal earnings, success metrics, or legal outcomes and makes no representations or warranties regarding such.

16. Indemnity Student agrees to indemnify and hold harmless RZ LLC, its employees, coaches, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from participation in the Program or application of Program materials.

17. Modification of Terms RZ LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the Program constitutes agreement to the updated terms.

18. Acknowledgment and Agreement The Student affirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
